Balanced c-hooks are products that are used to handle coils in complete safety, allowing the operator to pick up the coil even at a safe distance or high above others without risk.
The balance is obtained by mounting a suitable counterweight.
The hooks produced are for any weight range from 30 to 40,000 kg.
Gripping arms from 100 mm to 2000 mm. All of them are built in one monolithic piece.
The movintech c hook is built in monolithic form.
The c-hook is cut in one piece, ground, controlled with penetrating liquids then sandblasted and painted.
In addition, the c-hook can be used to load reel.
The c-hook can have a head tooth to separate the coils belts.
using a c-hook saves time and effort, as well as offering greater work safety.
As an alternative to the c-hook, you can use a sling bar with hooks, this is extremely useful for loading the reel of unwinding machines.
The stall for the c-hook, besides being very useful to release the overhead crane hook, can also be used to move the hook under several bays served by different overhead cranes.
A complement to the c-hook is the electro-hydraulic coils tilter, this equipment allows to prepare the coils by tilting them by 90° in order to load the vertical or horizontal reels.
A useful tool for thin belt coils up to 400 mm is this mechanical but ingenious system that allows to load the reel.
