Lifting Sling bars are used to balance the load in any way that makes lifting difficult.

The Sling bar can be used to lift the most varied loads, paying attention to its centring.

The lifting sling bars can be of different types, x-shaped sling bars for boats, for big bags, sling bars with central connection, sling bars with side connections, sling bars with hooks, sling bars for paper reels, sling bars for coils, motorized sling bars, case sling bars.

The sling bar is essentially made up of commercial profiles or sheet metal, joined together by plates welded at the side ends and flat lower and upper bands, as well as bumpers that are suitably arranged so as to provide reinforcement for the structure

The sling bar can be prepared to be lifted with a single central attachment for direct insertion of the lifting device hook (one-point grip type), or with two side attachments at a predetermined distance between centres for the use of chains or tie rods (two-point grip type).

The attachments can be obtained directly in the structure of the sling bar with shaped plate with slot, or with holes in which shackles, bells or other accessories can be inserted, or by means of removable pins equipped with safety devices.

Attachment types can be a combination of one or more easily identifiable systems.

The lower suspension of the load can obtained via three different technical solutions, specifically:

With two or more movable sliding brackets inside the structure; they are housed in appropriate indentations obtained on the upper platforms at predetermined distances, in order to render them locked.

They must be positioned symmetrically with respect to the centreline of the sling bar. At the lower end it is possible to mount various accessories such as swivel hooks, shackles, chains, bands/slings, etc.

With two or more swivel hooks with safety, positioned near the lower plates, and connected to the structure by removable pins equipped with safety devices; in this solution the hooks can be removed and moved as desired, always symmetrically with respect to the centreline, in the points set in the structure of the sling bar,

With two or more hooks fixed type with safety device, welded laterally or at the top of the structure, arranged at fixed centre distances symmetrically with respect to the centreline of the sling bar.

A revolving support hook can be mounted below and in the middle of the structure to limit the deformation of the loads whose distance between centres is too high; or to lift a single, suitably balanced load with a weight equal to or less than the capacity of the sling bar.
